When you submit a contact form via our website, we ask for your name, phone number, email address and country. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, including to provide you with requested information about our products and services. We may also contact you several times to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have responded to your enquiry to your satisfaction. We will do this out of our legitimate interest in providing accurate information to you. Your request is sent by e-mail to ac@echovice.com. We do not use information you provide to make automated decisions that may affect you. We keep your enquiry for a period of current year + 2 years, after which we delete it.
